- Wet rot (Coniophora puteana) – one of the most common forms of Wet Rot often referred to as Cellar Fungus.
- Wet Rot (Donkioporia expansa) generally attacks hardwood timbers where there has been persistent water ingress.
- Wet Rot (one of the many species of Poria) – Generally attacks softwoods leaving extensive damage.
- Wet Rot (Fibroporia vaillantii) caused by sub floor flooding.
- Wet Rot (Coniophora puteana) decay to a skirting board.
- Sub floor condensation – a common cause of Wet Rot and Dry Rot to floor timbers.
